Payment for any service is due when the service is rendered. For surgeries, we will collect a deposit at the time of admission to the hospital and any balance or credit will be collected or returned at the time of discharge. 

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not provide payment plans directly through Wellspring Veterinary Care. We currently do not offer Care Credit or any other third party payment options.

If you have pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with any documentation that you need to file a claim.
